Introduction

CV Screen is recruiting for an Application Support Engineer to join a fast-growing B2B financial services business based in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile technology professional to become a key point of contact for business applications and internal technology support. The business provides funding solutions to UK companies and works closely with brokers and introducers. You will work alongside the CTO and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across CRM, software, hardware, systems and emerging AI technology. This is a fully office-based role offering £40,000 + excellent benefits and excellent long-term career development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company’s core CRM and business applications, supporting users and identifying improvements.
• Act as a confident, approachable technology contact for approximately 50 employees, resolving software, hardware and CRM queries.
• Coordinate application enhancements, testing, releases, suppliers and development partners.
• Support technology projects, gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery.
• Assist with AI initiatives, automation, service management and continual improvement across the technology estate.

What Experience is Required

• 2–4 years’ commercial experience in application support, business systems, technology delivery or a similar role.
• Experience supporting a CRM or business-critical application, with knowledge of APIs, SQL, JSON and modern web applications.
• A confident, outgoing communicator who enjoys helping people, can explain technical issues clearly and is comfortable working with developers and suppliers.

Salary & Benefits

Location

The role is 100% office based in Windsor, commutable from Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Reading, Staines-upon-Thames, Egham, High Wycombe and surrounding areas.
