CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Quality and Audit Coordinator on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturer of sustainable, energy-efficient building products, part of a larger group. Based in High Wycombe on a hybrid basis and paying up to £55,000, this finance-focused role sits within the Finance team and takes ownership of audit, quality and certification compliance across production, including stock and inventory controls. Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and run internal audits, including stock counts and inventory reconciliations, and act as the main contact for external auditors and certification bodies.
- Manage the Quality Management System and ISO certification schedule, keeping procedures and evidence audit-ready.
- Build and maintain Excel trackers to analyse quality, stock and compliance data, producing clear reports for management.
- Support the Finance team with financial controls, stock valuation and process reviews.
- Follow up audit findings and corrective actions with production and operations teams through to closure.
What Experience is Required
- Experience in a finance, audit, quality or compliance role, ideally within manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and coordinating internal and external audits, plus an understanding of stock and inventory controls.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP, SAP or Salesforce experience would be a bonus.
Salary & Benefits
