CV Screen is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automated Test Analyst to join an innovative technology business based in Rugby. The organisation develops cloud-based software and consultancy solutions that help businesses navigate complex environmental compliance requirements, including packaging legislation, plastics taxes and Extended Producer Responsibility. Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust automated testing solutions across functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing to ensure software quality.
• Analyse test results, identify risks and work closely with developers to resolve defects and underlying issues.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the Agile lifecycle, contributing to testing strategies and best practice.
• Help enhance testing frameworks and processes while supporting and mentoring junior QA team members.

What Experience is Required

• 5+ years' manual testing and 3+ years' automation experience, with strong C# skills and experience developing or maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong experience across frontend/backend testing, databases including MS SQL and DynamoDB, data validation, ETL and integration testing.
• Experience with AWS/serverless technologies and a good understanding of software releases, testing risks and QA best practice; ISTQB Foundation is desirable.
