Graduate Marketing Assistant

Newbury, Berkshire | Salary up to £24,000

Introduction

CV Screen is recruiting for a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join a well-established B2B marketing and PR agency in Newbury. This varied, entry-level opportunity would suit a recent graduate with a degree incorporating marketing, PR or communications. You’ll support campaigns for clients across the media, entertainment, broadcast and technology sectors while gaining exposure to content, social media, digital marketing, PR and events. The role is primarily office-based, with the option to work from home on Fridays, and occasional travel will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of marketing and PR campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Produce and manage content including articles, blogs, case studies, newsletters and press releases.
• Assist with social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations and digital collateral.
• Help coordinate physical and virtual events, exhibitions and industry conferences.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to deliver projects accurately and on time.

What Experience is Required

• A degree or equivalent qualification incorporating marketing, PR or communications, or relevant practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• An enthusiastic, organised and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.

• Salary of up to £24,000.

Location

The role is based in Newbury and is easily commutable from Thatcham, Reading, Basingstoke and Hungerford. The position is mainly office-based, with working from home available on Fridays.
