Introduction

CV Screen is recruiting for an exciting Programmatic Campaign Manager opportunity with a growing digital marketing organisation that specialises in recruitment advertising and talent attraction campaigns for leading UK employers. This hybrid role is based in Woking, with just one day per week in the office. Offering a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer to take ownership of performance-driven campaigns, work with recognised brands, and play a key role in delivering measurable hiring outcomes through programmatic and paid media channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms.
  • Develop strategies to improve candidate attraction, application volumes and hiring outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and bidding to maximise ROI.
  • Produce clear client-facing reports and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, translating hiring requirements into effective media activity.

What Experience is Required

  • Experience managing digital marketing, performance marketing or recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Indeed, Appcast or similar.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and client communication skills, with good Excel and data management experience.

Location
