CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting an HR Business Partner on behalf of a well-established, forward-thinking education provider based in Harlow, Essex. Offering a salary of £51,000 per annum, this full-time, permanent role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a real impact. Our client supports thousands of learners each year through a broad range of academic, technical and vocational programmes, and is proud of its supportive culture and commitment to investing in its people. Working closely with senior leaders, you will shape people practice across the whole organisation and lead a dedicated HR team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Advise managers on the full range of employee relations cases, from disciplinaries and grievances to absence, performance and restructures
• Coach and challenge senior leaders to build high-performing teams while staying compliant with employment law and internal policy
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, the employee lifecycle, compliance, safeguarding and data reporting
• Lead and develop the HR team, promoting continuous improvement and excellent customer service
• Deputise for the HR Director when required

What Experience is Required

• CIPD Level 5 or above, with substantial recent experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, ideally within education
• A strong track record of handling complex employee relations casework and organisational change, and of working with trade unions
• Sound knowledge of employment law, plus experience of leading and coaching staff

Salary & Benefits
