CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a growing software (SaaS) business that provides technology supporting Children's Services. This is a fully remote role offering a salary of £45,000 plus benefits, and a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer to take ownership of online growth and shape how the business attracts, converts and nurtures new customers. You'll have real influence across the organisation, working with product and leadership teams to turn digital activity into measurable revenue. Duties & Responsibilities
- Shape the company's online presence, improving website content, design and user journeys to grow traffic and turn visitors into sales leads
- Plan and run campaigns across SEO, content, paid search, email, and paid and organic social media
- Continually test and refine activity through A/B testing and performance insight
- Monitor KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, lead velocity, conversion and click-through rates, reporting findings to guide strategy
- Partner with product teams to keep messaging aligned, and champion digital marketing knowledge across the wider business
What Experience is Required
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or growth role with a strong track record in lead generation
- Confident analysing data, spotting trends and making evidence-based decisions
- A proactive, problem-solving communicator; knowledge of SaaS or Children's Services is a bonus

£45,000 plus a competitive benefits.
Location
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK, with no daily commute required.
