CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Manager on behalf of a well-respected healthcare charity providing specialist care across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. The role is based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis and offers a salary of £38,000 plus benefits. You will lead a small marketing team within the income generation function, bringing together fundraising, digital, PR and creative activity to grow voluntary income and raise the charity's profile. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead multi-channel campaigns for fundraising events, appeals, individual giving and legacy promotion
  • Manage and develop a team of two, setting clear objectives and supporting their growth
  • Set the direction for fundraising content across social media, the website and paid advertising on Meta, Google and TikTok
  • Protect the brand across print, digital and merchandise, and act as the main contact for designers, agencies and suppliers
  • Track campaign performance, report on key metrics and help build the annual marketing plan

What Experience is Required

  • Marketing or communications experience in a fundraising or charity setting, including line management
  • You must have previous experience managing a team
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital channels, social media and paid advertising
  • Confidence analysing marketing data and turning it into clear, useful reports

Salary & Benefits

£38,000, with flexible working considered. The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week.

Location

Birmingham, working across two sites in the city on a hybrid basis. The role is easily commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Walsall, West Bromwich and Tamworth.
