CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of a well-respected national charity dedicated to equality and inclusion. This permanent role is based in London on a hybrid basis. It pays £38,900 - £41,600 for a 31.5-hour week worked as a 9-day fortnight. You’ll lead sales of the charity’s workplace inclusion programmes to employers, combining strategic business development with hands-on relationship building. Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive sales of workplace inclusion services to hit ambitious income targets
• Find and nurture new prospects, turning conversations into signed partnerships
• Lead the renewals process to keep existing member organisations on board
• Represent the charity at events and conferences, speaking to new audiences
• Create marketing campaigns and sales collateral, and line manage two team members

What Experience is Required

• Proven business development and income generation experience, ideally from sales, partnerships or account management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence presenting to varied audiences
• A strong understanding of and commitment to LGBTQ+ equality, including trans inclusion and race equity

Salary & Benefits
The salary is £38,900 - £41,600 for 31.5 hours per week (9-day fortnight). Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave rising to 30 with service, up to 7% employer pension contribution, death in service cover, an interest-free travelcard loan, a cycle scheme, enhanced family policies and a 24-hour employee support line.

Location
London (hybrid), with regular travel throughout the UK. Easily commutable from Watford, St Albans, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Romford and Reading.
