CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Administrator for a successful, award-winning independent mortgage brokerage based near West Malling, Kent. Our client helps landlords, property investors and homebuyers across the UK find the right finance, and this new role sits within a small, forward-thinking team. With a salary of £30,000 plus benefits, and hybrid, flexible working, this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, energetic communicator to start a career in financial services. There is real scope for the role to grow into sales, marketing or CRM management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Calling new and existing leads from the CRM, around 20 calls a day, to book appointments with the broking team
- Understanding each client’s needs, matching them with the right broker and spotting future opportunities
- Handling incoming enquiries and managing the online booking process promptly
- Supporting marketing activity, including social media content, video editing, website updates and campaign reports
- Helping build partner relationships and supporting events and webinars
What Experience is Required
- Plenty of confidence and energy on the phone; experience in a pub, call centre or other customer-facing role is ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication, with good time management
- A proactive, curious attitude and a willingness to be coached; GCSEs and/or A-levels, with design or video editing skills a bonus
Salary & Benefits
£30,000 plus benefits. Our client offers hybrid working, flexible hours with later starts and finishes available, full training and support, and clear room to progress. Part-time applicants working 3–4 days a week or compressed hours are also welcome, with salary pro rata.
Location
West Malling, Kent, with hybrid working. An easy commute from Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Aylesford, Snodland, Larkfield and Tunbridge Wells.
