Part-Time Office Manager

Up to £38,000 (pro-rata for part-time hours, so will equate to around £22,000 for 20 hours per week)

Are you looking for a part-time office management role with flexibility and a great salary? This opportunity, based in Coventry, offers up to £38,000 full-time equivalent, pro-rated for 20 hours a week (approx. £22,000) and hybrid working with ideally two days in the office a week. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced administrator with a flair for organisation and compliance to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both office management and accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with all necessary documentation.
  • Handle customer setup and manage compliance requirements.
  • Oversee office administration, including supply ordering and service coordination.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide support for health and safety documentation and processes.

What Experience is Required:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in an office support or operations role.
  • Experience in supplier/vendor onboarding and compliance.
  • Accounts experience with Sage 50 knowledge would be desirable
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £22,000 (pro-rata for 20 hours per week, equivalent to £38,000 FTE).
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday (pro-rata), pension contribution (4%), wellness afternoons (half-day off monthly), and hybrid working (flexible days working from home).

Location:

  • Based in Coventry with ideally two days a week in the office.

Rugby, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, and Birmingham.
