CV Screen is recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Manager for a well-known company operating in the Hospitality / Entertainment sector. The role is hybrid with three days based in Liverpool and a salary of up to £50,000 + bonus is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee all commercial activities, managing key client relationships, business development and driving revenue growth for our vibrant and innovative venue. The Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that ensure the company’s commercial success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-          Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy

-          Identify new business opportunities and market trends

-          Analyse financial performance and implement strategies

-          Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, traders, and stakeholders

-          Negotiate and manage contracts with traders, partners, and tenants

-          Drive sales initiatives to attract new tenants and partnerships

-          Collaborate with the marketing team

-          Oversee the planning and execution of events

-          Provide regular reports and analysis to senior leadership

-          Use data-driven insights

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Sales & Marketing Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Proven experience in a commercial sales & marketing role, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or events sectors

-          Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies and driving revenue growth

-          Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

-          Strong leadership and team management abilities

-          Experience with venue or event management

-          Familiarity with the Liverpool market and local business landscape

-          Full Driving license

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £50,000 + Bonus
