Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator for a leading company based in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company offering a flexible hybrid role with competitive pay and excellent benefits. The role involves supporting the accounts team with supplier and customer onboarding, ensuring compliance, and handling various administrative tasks. If you have a strong accounts background, experience with Salesforce, Sage 50, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up new customers and suppliers on the internal system.
  • Complete vendor onboarding forms, including verifying payment status and self-billing agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of completed supplier documentation, including health & safety and certification details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Admin, Sales) to gather required documents and information.
  • Provide administrative support across various finance-related tasks, including bookkeeping and invoice processing.

What Experience is Required

  • Strong background in accounts, with experience using Sage 50.
  • Experience in supplier/vendor onboarding and managing compliance documentation.
  • Salesforce knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
