We are recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a thriving organisation based near High Wycombe. Duties & Responsibilities

Provide expert-level 3rd Line support and act as the final escalation point for technical issues

Maintain and support the server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security

Lead infrastructure-related projects, including migrations and system upgrades

Mentor junior IT staff and support team development

Assist with compliance efforts including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials+
What Experience is Required

Proven experience in a similar 3rd Line Infrastructure or IT Support role

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking principles, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or AWS)

Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving
