CV Screen is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager with B2C marketing experience to join a well-established health and fitness club. The role is office-based in Kingston upon Thames and a salary of up to £45,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the club’s growth and enhancing its brand reputation through strategic marketing initiatives and effective communication strategies.

This role plays a pivotal part in generating sufficient leads, attracting new members, retaining existing ones, and nurturing community engagement among current and prospective members.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

-          Create comprehensive promotional marketing plans across various channels to drive membership growth and increase brand awareness.

-          Manage a small team and demonstrate leadership and team management abilities.

-          Work with internal teams to compile information about forthcoming events, success stories, and member testimonials.

-           Report on marketing performance KPIs and metrics while representing marketing and communications at P&L and Head of Department meetings.

-          Manage and collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and vendors as required.

-          Oversee and preserve an online presence across several social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

-          Plan and carry out special campaigns, open days, and promotional events to draw in new members and keep current ones engaged.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Digital Marketing Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Proven digital marketing experience in a B2C capacity potentially within a hospital or fitness background.

-          Experience of line management responsibilities, and nurturing/developing small teams.

-          Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.

-          Proficiency in social media management platforms, website content management systems, and email marketing software.

-          Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse performance metrics, and optimise digital initiatives.

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £45,000 + Bonus
