Due to rapid growth, we have an amazing new opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join a friendly, collaborative family run business based in Salford.

This role will be working in a fast paced marketing team that is both in house yet operates like a small agency that manages several of group brands.

We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio, across both video and graphic design, who can create great visual content across social media and marketing campaigns.

Working alongside a number of experienced marketers, projects will include infographics, leaflets, email design and web design, short social media videos, and longer informational videos.

Duties will include:

• Editing and creating videos for use on social media and the company websites
• Creating digital content for websites, emails, ebooks and guides
• Creating printed collateral eg. leaflets and magazines
• Pitching ideas for new ways the business could use graphic design in their marketing
• Working with the brand manager to develop the brands and create and manage brand guidelines
• Working with the content manager to create content for a number of different purposes including driving engagement on social media

Experience Required

• A basic understanding of sending work to commercial printers (e.g. paper GSM, lamination etc)
• A degree or other higher education qualification in graphic design
• A desire to establish a career in a commercial marketing environment
• Fundamental knowledge of video studio set up (lighting, recording audio etc.)
• Understanding of how to use graphics design in a business context
