CV Screen is recruiting for a 12-month fixed term contract for a well-established leisure company. The role will require you to travel to venues in the Southwest which will include Chepstow and Bath, with 1 day from home so a candidate who is based in the Bristol area will be ideally situated. A salary of up to £39,000 is available dependent on experience.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Marketing & Events Manager will take ownership of the local marketing plans and budget to impact strongly on regional business unit performance, marketing the different venues and all commercial elements alongside key fixtures.

Accountability for results rests with the Marketing & Events Manager, however, the role will be required to work closely with central marketing colleagues to achieve optimum plans and execution.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

-          Implement the marketing strategy to boost sales on for events

-          Manage media campaigns, explore new opportunities to promote events locally

-          Create compelling written content, videos, and photos for websites, social media, and emails

-          Optimize the websites as per SEO Manager's guidance to meet KPIs

-          Collaborate with designers to create and deliver marketing campaigns on time and accurately

-          Manage social media channels to increase engagement and conversions, working with the group social media manager to improve strategies.

-          Monitor and respond to customer feedback online to enhance brand Perceptions

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Marketing & Events Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous experience within a similar marketing role preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry ideally in a B2C focused role

-          Experience delivering a range of on and offline marketing collateral effective within marketing campaigns.

-          Experience with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter), CRM platforms and CMS

-          Full UK Driving License

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £39,000

LOCATION
The role will require you to travel to venues in the South West which will include Chepstow and Bath, so a candidate who is based in the Bristol area will be ideally situated.
