CV Screen is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fantastic marketing agency based in Southampton. The role is a hybrid setup (with 3 days in the office and 2 from home) and you’ll work on a diverse range of projects for several clients.
A salary of £40,000 + excellent benefits and the opportunity to develop your skills.
YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
You will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy for a number of clients. You will strategise content plans, organise lead generation campaigns and utilise the design team to deliver fantastic and engaging social media content for your clients.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Using your knowledge and experience combined with our framework, develop marketing strategies for clients
- Design and build the execution plan to assist with achieving the objectives across social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing etc
- You will lead two direct reports which consist of a Digital Marketing Executive and Digital Marketing Assistant to deliver on the execution plan day-to-day and week-to-week
- Building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with clients
WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?
- Proven digital marketing experience which will have seen you running a wide range of marketing campaigns.
- Strong Social Media experience (the agency are big users of LinkedIn for lead generation)
- Experience of working within a marketing agency would be desirable.
- B2B marketing experience
