A passionate Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager is required by a growing and leading agency. You will be confident about the growth and success that clients can derive from your expertise, managing new website projects from start to finish, including UX discovery, workshop leading, project management, design process, dev quality, testing and deployment steps.
An annual salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits is available depending on experience.

What you will be doing
- Managing existing client relationships and website development roadmaps
- Be commercially minded to scope, quote, and manage forecasts/billing
- Manage new website projects from start to finish, including UX discovery, workshop leading, project management, design process, dev quality, testing, deployment steps (including analytics & SEO too)
- Be involved and lead on new business calls and pulling together proposals (where required)
- Manage day to day task allocation of the entire Digital Experience team, leading daily stand-ups
- Manage CRO roadmaps / AB testing
What you will need
- Must be commercially minded, and be used to managing forecasts, budgets, PO’s & billing processes
- One project management qualification above basic/foundation level, i.e. Prince2 Practitioner
- Have a strong working knowledge of scheduling and project management software, i.e. Trello, Teamwork
- Experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Strong understanding and experience of UCD process and UX/UI principles
- Strong understanding of CRO and A/B testing best practices
- Strong skills using the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

Up to £50,000 plus benefits

Mostly remote with occassional visits to the office.
