Are you a native German speaker with experience in technical support or SaaS support? Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and problem-solving? As a Remote German Speaking Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding clients onto the SaaS platform and providing technical support to resolve implementation issues. You will work with other team members to develop new training methodologies and client resources, and provide accurate reporting for all client contact and training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This is a remote-based position with travel to the German Head Office 3/4 times per year. The annual salary for this role is circa £35,000, depending on experience, and you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and welcoming company with a brilliant working environment.
