CV Screen is currently seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join a small and dynamic team based in Hove. Our client's company is rapidly growing, and with a range of exciting new projects on the horizon, they are looking to expand their team.

As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing application support for the core business systems. This will involve addressing service incidents, handling system change requests, and enhancing the existing product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clean and well-designed code to ensure optimal performance.
• Translate specifications into high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software and databases for seamless functionality.
• Contribute throughout the development lifecycle, adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy new features to improve procedures and tools.

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in PHP development 
• Demonstrable expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, version control tools, and web service development.
• Ability to effectively project manage.
• Experience in software design and development within a test-driven environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Golang.
• Proficiency in Docker.
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with GitHub.

Salary & Benefits:

Upto £55k Salary depending on experience

Location

Brighton | Hove.

Commutable from Brighton, Worthing, Portslade, and Newhaven.
