ICT Support Technician - School
Warminster

CV Screen is recruiting for an ICT Technician to join a fantastic school based near Warminster. You will be joining a talented bunch of people who are committed to providing exceptional IT Support.
WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT:
As the ICT Technician, you should be a confident individual, prepared to take ownership of the role, with outstanding organisation and communication skills. They are looking for someone with a can do highly cooperative attitude to help deliver on site and deskside, 1st and 2nd line support to end users.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- You will provide 1st and 2nd line on-site support to the school.
- You will monitor all IT Services
- You will make sure all IT services in kept in good working order.
- You will support staff and students in all IT services.
- You will give support with new/upgraded systems.
- You will re-image devices, finding missing or updated drivers when require
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- You should be open and flexible with working hours.
- You should have experience working with internet, firewall and filtering systems.
- You should have at least 1 years’ experience with working in a school.
- You will be required to take part in a DBS check.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- A salary of up to 30k is available
- 30 days holiday
LOCATION:
Warminster - Communtable from Shrewton, Bishopstrow, Salisbury and Tidworth.
