CV Screen is currently recruiting for a talented Management Accountant on behalf of a highly regarded organization in the Norwich area. Your expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting will play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial health and optimizing resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing post-accruals/prepayments and other necessary journal entries.
• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparing cashflows.
• Creating regular management reports, such as financial statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Identifying and analyzing financial risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• ACCA/CIMA part or full qualification.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• £34-£38k DOE.
