ABOUT THE COMPANY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use your experience in SAP to facilitate and maintain critical processes and integrations.
- Deliver tech support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Work with internal teams to deploy customized IT solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to meet industry requirements.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a hands on IT Support position.
- SAP experience is essential.
- An excellent understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Any IT experience within a factory/warehouse environment would be highly desirable.
