A Property Maintenance Engineer is required for a Property Maintenance company, based in Nottingham. A salary of up to £32,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will be provided with a company vehicle and all the tools required to complete your jobs. You will travel around the Nottingham area, completing maintenance including fitting fire doors in commercial and residential communal areas.

Ideally your main trade will be Carpentry and you will have strong skills in this area.
