We have an outstanding opportunity for an talented IT Assistant to provide 1st line support across 3 sites in Bradford. This position will join a very successful manufacturer who offer excellent training, exposure to different technologies and progression. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, exposure to Microsoft based technologies and some networking exposure.

Location - 

The position will be office based across 3 sites in Bradford.

A full clean drivers licence will be required for this position.

A salary of up to £25,000 is available plus benefits.

What you will be doing:

• Provide effective 1st line support across multiple sites
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues escalating where needed
• Database and back office maintenance
• Network maintenance
• Assist with ERP system updates and projects

What you will need:

• Exposure to Windows based systems
• Basic server skills
• Any exposure to networking
• Awareness of IT security
• MS Office
• Any relevant IT qualification

The successful candidate will join an established company in Bradford who have an excellent reputation in the market place. This role will be a key position within the IT team and will work across 3 Bradford based sites - A full drivers licence and vehicle will be needed for this position.
