IT Support Engineer – macOS / JAMF

We have an incredible opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who has experience of working with macOS, JAMF and Office 365. You will join a fantastic creative design agency who employ over 300 staff globally and have offices based near to Kentish Town in NW London.
The role will support the London and Milan offices and you the company are predominantly a MAC based studio (90% are MAC). You will be office based for a minimum of 3 days per week.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for providing remote and desktop support to users in London and Milan.
- You will act as the systems administrator, ensuring that the IT systems are maintained in accordance with the IT strategy.
- Ensure all IT issues are documented and resolved in accordance with SLA’s.
What Experience is Required
- Proven IT Support experience at 2nd / 3rd line level.
- In depth knowledge of macOS
- Proven MDM and JAMF experience (you will ideally be Jamf200 certified.
