HR Generalist

CV Screen is recruiting for an HR Generalist for a fantastic company in Northwich. The role is purely office based and will support the HR Manager in managing the HR function for around 40 staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Crafting engaging job descriptions and eye-catching job adverts.
- Facilitating the seamless onboarding and induction of new team members.
- Providing valuable advice and guidance to line managers on generalist HR inquiries.
- Collaborating with the HR Manager to introduce developmental opportunities and HR projects.
- Guiding and supporting managers in performance management, including performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
What Experience is Required:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous generalist experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
- CIPD level 3 or above would be ideal.
- Knowledge of employment law, HR and recruitment processes, and onboarding.
- Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within the organisation and build relationships quickly.

Location:
The role is based in Northwich, which is conveniently located for those commuting from nearby towns including Chester, Warrington, and Crewe.
