CV Screen is recruiting for a General Manager in a temporary position for 3 months for a well-established company that operate in the leisure sector. The role is office based in Bangor and a salary of up to £52,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as General Manager will develop and implement the business growth strategy, with a focus on maximising opportunities for profit, generating revenue and creating sustainable growth. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

The General Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Proven experience in working in a similar role preferably within the leisure industry

-          Extensive experience in commercial business management with a proven track record in business development, planning, setting financial targets and managing budgets.

-          Experience leading and managing various teams

-          Experience of planning, organising, and delivering projects

-          Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans

-          Managing agreed budgets, determining, and implementing strategies to increase year on year sales.

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £52,000

LOCATION
Office based in Bangor, North Wales.
