CV Screen is recruiting for a 1st Line Support Technician for a fantastic organisation based near Dundee. This is a full-time permanent post, where you will work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the other days at home. Role has a salary of £25,000 depending on experience.

 
The IT Support Technician will work on a busy helpdesk and will ideally have some experience of supporting a range of Windows Operating Systems including Windows 7 and 10, 365 and  related hardware. ITIL service management skills are desirable.  

The role would suit a Trainee or Graduate looking for their first or second role within IT.

Required skills:

- Excellent customer service skills, it is desirable to have worked in an IT Support capacity (either helpdesk or Service Desk)
- Service Management experience (ITIL preferable)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
