CV Screen is recruiting for a Sales Manager for an innovative training provider. The role is hybrid with four days in Chichester and one day from home and a basic salary of up to £40,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
The Sales Manager will be an enthusiastic and motivating leader within a soft sell environment. The successful candidate needs to be organised as well as a good communicator to ensure their team are fully informed with company developments which will help to reassure students.

The Sales Manager must be able to build a strong rapport with potential candidates and be confident to talk about any issues which could exclude someone from the course. They must also be able to deliver sales reports at sales and marketing meetings as well as understanding current trends and current conversion rates.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Sales Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Proven Sales experience in a B2C setting.

-          Experience of managing a team as a Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader

-          Strong Account Management skills

-          A strong and effective communicator who is used to soft selling

SALARY:
Basic salary up to Basic salary of up to £40,000 OTE £60,000
