CV Screen is recruiting for a Financial Controller for a fantastic company. The role is office based in Cardiff and a salary of up to £65,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day financial management of the business, in addition to fulfilling all legal requirements required by external parties such as HMRC and Companies House.

Reporting to the FD, your role will be varied and you will be responsible for providing and developing a full system of financial control, reporting, insight and forecasting to the Leadership Team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Preparation and control of monthly management information

-          Preparation of annual financial statements and management of the year end audit process

-          Preparation of VAT, Corporate Tax, and any other local tax returns

-          Preparation and presentation of quarterly board reporting

-          Leading with budgeting and forecasting

-          Liaising and building effective relationships with various stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Financial Controller will have the majority of the following experience:

-          A fully qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience

-          Previous experience in a similar position providing Financial Control for organisations within the £10mn to £50mn bracket.

-          Sound and up to date knowledge of UKGAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

-          Multi-Currency experience

-          Any knowledge of Business Central would be desirable.

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £65,000
