In this key position, you will help drive the company’s commercial growth, working closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of new products.
• Conduct market research to identify new applications and growth opportunities in biotechnology.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, expanding the company’s customer base.
• Support business development activities and collaborate on high-value deal closures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise new product applications.

What Experience is Required

• At least 5 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within the life sciences or biotech sector.
• A Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (PhD is advantageous).
• Proven success in identifying market opportunities, building partnerships, and developing business strategies.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
