We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a growing accounts team based in Liverpool. The role offers a salary of £30,000 along with excellent benefits and ongoing training and development. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the production of monthly management accounts for various departments, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Produce analysis reports for department heads to assist with P&L reviews.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, daily bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with the operational and administrative tasks within the Accounts Department.

What Experience is Required

• Previous accounting experience or relevant study is desirable.
• Strong organisational and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
