We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead a growing global company that specializes in sustainable urban solutions. Based in Royal Tunbridge Wells this full-time, office-based role offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing leader to drive strategic growth and enhance the company's reputation in the green infrastructure industry. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader in green infrastructure and sustainable solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive global growth and brand recognition.
• Oversee marketing efforts for multiple companies within the group, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with business development and sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Utilise market insights to inform product innovation and guide successful product launches.

What Experience is Required:

• Extensive B2B marketing experience, particularly in the construction or environmental solutions sectors.
• Proven success with digital marketing strategies and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a results-driven approach.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £100,000 per annum.
