Client Account Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Office based in Oxford, commutable from towns such as Abingdon, Bicester, Didcot, and Henley-on-Thames)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strong, proactive relationships with clients and provide support and recommendations.
- Lead projects that deliver measurable value and return on investment.
- Manage and negotiate contract renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to retain and expand revenue streams.
- Oversee the timely completion of calls, audits, and reviews for clients.
What Experience is Required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing B2B role.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive successful projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
