A Business Development Manager with solid account management skills is required by our client based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. A salary of £35k basic plus commission. As Business Development Manager you will develop sales leads and grow the business accounts for a European leader in Management Solutions, who specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of Access Control and Security Systems. You will sell to national contractors and wholesalers mostly within the Education, Healthcare and Transport sectors. The Business Development Manager will use initiative to identify and develop relationships with new and existing customers to generate leads and create revenue streams. You will hold client meetings to provide formal presentations and systems demonstrations as well as hold periodical review meetings. A proven track record in Business Development is essential and experience in Access Control and Security Systems is highly advantageous. Experience of filling out tender documents would be advantageous.
