We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced skilled Technical Support Consultant who has excellent software management abilities to join our client who are within the charity industry who are based in the Chalfont area.
Our client is looking for someone who has a strong understanding of technical operations support and has relevant prior experience in technical IT roles. The post holder must have the ability to be adaptive at managing and analysing data with excellent attention to detail. It is key that the successful candidate has excellent communication skills to help fellow employees with software content issues and solving of problems.
Other areas of the role will involve live site technical support which will include hosting, backup and security along with dealing with platform stability and data security such as access controls, firewalls and incident management.

Salary / Benefits:
Full-time 9am-5pm [alternative 4 days/week role possible for the right candidate]
Salary depending on experience and agreed hours - a proposal will be provided on application.
Holidays – pro-rata 5 weeks plus bank holidays.
