CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager who has experience within an MSP environment. You will join a leading Managed Service Provider who work with a variety of fantastic clients, with many in the Financial Sector. Their office is based in the Hemel Hempstead area, but will be a hybrid role with home working available. A salary of up to £50,000 is available.

The Service Desk Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 1st to 3rd line engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of support and client interaction with our clients globally. We are looking for someone with previous experience in an IT Solution Provider or MSP environment, have in-depth knowledge and the hunger to learn and continually progress yourself.

CLIENT
You will join a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP) who provide IT support services to fantastic clients. You will work on a wide range of projects alongside a talented team.

SKILLS REQUIRED

-        Experience of leading a Service Desk team (10 engineers +).

-        Experience of working in an ITIL environment.

-        Have proven experience working for an IT Consultancy / Managed Service Provider (MSP)

-        Understanding Managed Service Provider functions and setting KPIs

SALARY & BENEFITS
