A Bids & Tenders Manager is required by a fantastic organisation based in St Albans. You will be responsible for the whole tender process, including a great deal of work with existing partners where you will be responsible for retendering and developing relationships. A salary of up to £40,000 is available.
The role will fall within the business development function, where you will report to the Business Development Director. Any experience of putting tenders together for the Education Sector would be highly advantageous.
In this varied role, you will manage and oversee all proposals, putting together a tender library which will ensure that you are aware of renewals and new contracts.
A background as a Bid Manager / Tender Manager or Senior Proposal Co-Ordinator
You are likely to have worked within a Business Development capacity
You will have a confident and professional manner and excellent relationship management skills.
Salary to £40,000 + Excellent benefits
