A Senior Accounts Administrator with Management Accounts experience is required by our client near Watford, Hertfordshire. A salary up to £36k plus benefits and waiting is available. The Accounts Administrator will work on Sage Line 50 to carry out Purchase ledger and Sales ledger as well as invoicing and weekly bank reconciliations. You will prepare the annual budget and prepare quarterly budget reports as well as monitor cash flow and prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns. You must have experience of Management Accounting and year end as well as submitting accounts statements to the external auditors. The Accounts Administrator will also work with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure salary payments. In addition to Finance and Accounting, the post holder will work on administrative duties supporting the Director with meetings and minutes as well as occasionally reviewing suppliers and providers. Required skills: - Strong ledger accounting and knowledge of Sage - Invoicing and back recs - Budgets and financial reporting - Management accounts and year end - Administration and support for senior members of staff This is an excellent role for an experienced Accounts Administrator keen to join a small business with a £1m T/O and a structured environment. Salary: Basic salary from £32k to £36k basic plus London Waiting and excellent pension.
