CV Screen is recruiting for a Retail Store Manager for a well-established retail company. The role is Bristol based and a salary of up to £39,000 is available.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, manage inventory, and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Retail Store Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role

-          Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping customers

-          Knowledge of fashion and formal wear is highly desirable

-          Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

-          Full Driving Licence required.

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £39,000
