Due to consistent growth, we have an amazing new opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing to join a friendly, family run manufacturing business specialising in products for the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and develop the key marketing strategies and tactical plans for the business.
- Responsible for the growth and development of the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
- Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.
- Oversee all marketing and communications both internally and externally
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related.
- Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated business environment
- Proven success growing a medium-sized business, particularly with organisational capability building.
- An “ideas” person, that can challenge current marketing growth strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities supported by excellent communication skills and an ability to inspire and motivate others at all levels of the company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable insights.
