Power BI Developer

£40,000 to £45,000 DOE plus excellent benefits
We are looking for a Data Engineer / BI Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, to join a growing Data/IT Team within a world-renowned law firm based in London on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will work with the Data Manager and external consultants in an ongoing project to rewrite the firm’s data platform.
Job Specification:
- Working closely with stakeholder groups to gather data requirements.
- Creating and managing ETL processes to ensure data extraction and transformation.
- Helping to maintain the central data warehouse in Azure to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Developing comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems.
- Applying strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges, focusing on data cleaning, reconciliation, and optimisation.
- Leveraging the gathered requirements and knowledge of the data warehouse structure to create insightful reports, dashboards and other ad hoc data extracts.
Requirements:
- Excellent SQL and T-SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Salary and Benefits:
- £40,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE with excellent employee benefits.
- Holidays: 25 days per annum.
