Marketing Manager – Part Time

CV Screen is recruiting for a part time Marketing Manager for 22.5hrs a week. You will work for a fantastic property company and will be office based in Cirencester. A salary of up to £40,000 (FTE) is available.

ROLE DETAILS
The Marketing Manager will have a robust background in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote diverse range of properties and services.

You will collaborate closely with the agency team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with clients through various marketing channels.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies

-          Identify key target audiences

-          Oversee and update the website and social media platforms

-          Create and supervise the production of engaging content

-          Implement and optimise digital campaigns

-          Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials

-          Coordinate professional photography, virtual tours, and video content

-          Manage the firm’s sponsorship of events

-          Monitor competitor activity and market trends

-          Prepare and present regular reports to the Senior Partner

-          Manage the annual marketing budget

-          Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and graphic designers

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Marketing Manager will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Proven experience in a B2C marketing management role, ideally within the real estate or property sector

-          Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC

-          Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite

-          Driving license is required as there may be a bit of travel involved

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £40,000 (FTE)
