Accounts Assistant
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: - Maintain the Sales Ledger with an emphasis on Credit Control. - Support the Purchase Ledger and collaborate with the Finance Manager on various tasks. - Process and resolve queries related to client invoices and ledgers. - Monitor and post payments and receipts while conducting statement reconciliations. - Prepare and process monthly BACS runs and assist with financial reporting.
The Accounts Assistant will have the majority of the following experience: - Previous experience in an accounts or finance role. - AAT membership or equivalent is desirable. - Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and accounting software. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
