Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests through a ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions to end users.
- Provision client systems and ensure smooth operation of networked systems.
- Manage and optimise networking systems, including internet, routers, and switches.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of IT issues.
What Experience is Required
- An IT Graduate with an interest in a career in IT Support.
- Some experience in IT support or a technical troubleshooting role would be desirable.
- Basic understanding of networking (routers, switches, internet connectivity).
