A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to join a forward-thinking company in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing Windows AD and AzureAD environments. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Manage and maintain Windows AD and Azure AD environments.
• Support and maintain AV equipment and school Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Ensure accurate management of hardware and software inventory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff and students.

What Experience is Required:

• Proven experience in IT support, ideally in an educational environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software, with proficiency in Windows AD and Azure AD.
• Full UK driving license and access to own car for travel between sites.

Salary:

Basic salary up to £25,000

Location:

This role is based in Maidstone, and you'll be travelling to other client sites within a 10/15-mile radius.

Commute From:

Ashford, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne and Rochester.
