Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver marketing and business development plans across designated practice areas.

Build strong relationships with Partners and stakeholders, ensuring plans align with strategic objectives.

Oversee events, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives to enhance brand reputation.

Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth.
What Experience is Required

3–5 years’ experience in business development or marketing within professional services, ideally legal.

Proven success in leading BD plans and working directly with senior stakeholders.

Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
