IT Service Delivery Manager

We’re hiring a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join this fantastic MSP team in Bournemouth. As a Service Delivery Manager, You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the business‑as‑usual support services, including allocating tasks, monitoring and maintaining contractual KPI commitments, producing customer reports, and serving as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee service operations, incidents, and ITIL processes to ensure SLA compliance.
- Improve service delivery through trend analysis and process improvements.
- Manage customer service reviews, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience in an MSP is highly desirable
- Experience in Service Delivery or IT Service Management
- Solid technical understanding of IT support environments
- Experience and knowledge of using ITIL v3/v4 best practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting ability
